By using the free125cards.com site to create, personalize, download and store your free 125 card images/photographs you agree to the terms of use below:
1. You, as the user of any of our free 125 card images/photographs contained on this site (and after personalizing it with your own text description/s), accept any and all liability arising from such use.
2. You may download and store only the free 125 card images/photographs you plan (for your own personal use only) as materials for the creation or advertising of a project, website or publication. You may not archive images other than those used in such a project, website or publication. Downloading or archiving the entire free125cards.com collection or substantial part of it is prohibited.
3. You must not redistribute the free 125 card images/photographs in anyway designed for reuse. You must not offer for sale or sub-license these images (or a collection of) without first obtaining permission from www.free125cards.com or www.vividlamp.com.
4. When personalizing your own 125 card using free125cards.com, you must leave in place the ‘vividlamp’ watermark, to acknowledge the use of the free 125 card images/photographs by their original creators. A link (or textural credit in non-web applications) to this site is appreciated. Acceptable credits include ‘125 card: www.free125cards.com’ or a hyperlink to the URL ‘http://www.free125cards.com’.
5. Free125cards.com reserves the right to change these conditions (for the terms of use) at any time without notice. Changes will be published here on our terms of use page at www.free125cards.com.
6. You must save your personalized 125 card image/s on your own local PC, no hotlinking to our free 125 card images/photographs will be accepted.
7. We do not tolerate offensive material that can include explicit language, explicit nudity, pornography, defamatory textual descriptions or images against a culture/group/individual/gender/age or anything that free125cards.com or vividlamp.com deems as offensive on any 125 x 125 pixel cards (and the associated website/blog) that you wish to promote through our showcase section or those 125 x 125 pixel card/s you wish to contribute to our gallery. If it is deemed offensive, your new or personalized 125 card will not be accepted or showcased on the free.125cards.com website.
8. Once your personalized 125 x 125 pixel card image has been accepted and shown in our showcase section, we reserve the right to remove it from our showcase section WITHOUT NOTICE, if we (at free125cards.com or vividlamp.com) believe that you have violated the terms of use (particularly, those items outlined in point 7 above).
9. You can submit up to 3 personalized 125 x 125 pixel cards to promote your blog/website for each user account per given day.
10. We offer the free125cards.com tool for free in order to help individuals create their own personalized 125 card easily. So please respect our terms of use, so that everyone can continue to enjoy and use this free site.
